Are your customers looking for a way to reduce paper consumption, take advantage of electronic filing and have access to faxed documents 24/7 anywhere in the world? You can enable all of this using the Fax-To-Email capabilities of your Net SatisFAXtion fax server. Your customers are assigned one or more unique DID (Direct Inward Dial) fax numbers, depending their requirements. When a fax is sent to a DID number, the fax is converted into a PDF or TIFF image and delivered as an email attachment to their personal email account or into common mailboxes for departmental use. The PDF attachment can be viewed, printed, forwarded and stored electronically - faxes can be viewed anywhere users have email access.
