Blue ATA Provisioning – RESOLVED

3:00 PM PST – The required maintenance has been completed and provisioning of Blue ATAs from the portal is running normally again.

January 14th, 2019 2:00 PM PST – Our provider is undertaking some emergency maintenance on services that enable provisioning for Blue ATAs. While this is ongoing adding or changing profiles for use on Blue ATAs will not be available without accessing the GUI of the specific ATA. We will update once this work is completed and apologize for any inconvenience.
