Urgent Maintenance – Delay Bulletin – RESOLVED

February 9th, 2018 4:00 PM PST – After the changes we implemented this morning we have observed normal operation of all systems. We will do some minimal impacting work later tonight where some services will be require a restart and may briefly be not available. During the maintenance period over the weekend we will conclude bringing more resources online as added precautions.

February 9th, 2018 8:50 AM PST – At 7:30 AM Pacific we restarted some services after additional resources were brought online. Over the next 20 minutes the processing delay was reduced and VFAX operations have returned to normal processing for the last hour as we continue to monitor.

February 9th, 2018 7:20 AM PST – We are seeing some performance issues causing potential delays of up to 15 minutes affecting VFAX accounts. We are working with our vendor to bring additional resources online to alleviate this delay. We will update this posting until the delay has cleared.
