January 23rd, 2019 3:00 AM PST – This matter is now resolved and all systems and services are working within normal operating parameters. Our technical staff will continue to monitor our systems and ensure normal operation. We appreciate your patience during this unexpected system failure.
January 23rd, 2019 1:45 AM PST – We have restored all services to our primary location and confirmed everything is working. Technical staff are still working on non production systems and monitoring all production systems. We don’t expect any further issues but will confirm a full recovery in a few hours.
January 22nd, 2019 10:00 PM PST – There was an issue with the NAS at the primary site and it’s been returned to full operation. We are restoring servers and services and testing they are fully operational. Once we have completed this work we will return services to the Primary location. We will provide further updates as we progress.
January 22nd, 2019 9:45 PM PST – All systems and services have failed over to our secondary site while we investigate the issue. We have technical staff on site at the primary site. We’ll provide updates as we get them. We have tested all services at the secondary site and will continue to monitor to ensure normal operation.
