Portal Reports – RESOLVED

November 3rd, 2018 2:00 PM PDT – All reporting has been updated and is now current with all records present.

November 2nd, 2018 2:20 PM PDT – Portal reporting is back to normal after the earlier applied changes. Later this evening we will restore any unreported jobs to the portal.

November 2nd, 2018 12:20 PM PDT – We have made some changes that have corrected this issue for any newly received faxes and will continue to monitor to ensure there are no further delays and that reporting is accurate.

November 2nd, 2018 11:45 AM PDT – We are showing that some received faxes onĀ  Blue ATA accounts that are set for delivery only to email are being delayed. We are working with the vendor to correct this issue.

November 2nd, 2018 10:30 AM PDT – Our engineers have discovered an issue affecting the reporting in the portal for Blue ATAs where received faxes are delivered only by email. For these accounts the received fax will be delivered by email but the record for this will not be displayed in the portal reports. This issue will not impact end-users as they are still receiving all faxes. We are investigating and will update as more information becomes available. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
