3:15 PM PST – This issue has been resolved and all sending is back to real time. Any new reported issues should be handled specifically
1:45 PM PST – The source of congestion to Blue ATAs has been identified and corrected it. Blue ATAs should now be able to send and receive properly.
1:00 PM PST – We have observed some congestion affecting Blue ATAs that we are investigating now.
12:00 PM PST – We have brought additional systems online that are now sending successfully. Any transmissions that received a failure notification can be retried now.
January 18th, 2019 11:45 AM PST – We have noticed an issue impacting outbound transmissions. Investigation is underway and we are bringing additional resources online to address the issue. Our apologies for the inconvenience. We will update this post as we gather more information.
