7:40 AM PDT – We have become aware of a license verification issue that potentially can impact the remote connection of self hosted fax appliances and the MS Fax Plugin to one of our points of presence. We are currently working on a direct fix with the vendor. In the meantime this potential impact on services can be bypassed by updating the fax server configuration to use https://wvt.faxsipit.com for the time instead of the general address https://trunk.faxsipit.com. We will update once the issues with the generic URL have been addressed. Our apologies for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
