Service Bulletin: Outbound Routing – RESOLVED

April 24th, 11:45 AM PDT – We noticed a send issue around 10:47 AM PDT with outbound routing for vFax and ATA traffic. We corrected it around 11:08 AM PDT and verified all sends were routing properly. This issue resulted in some sends failing but they would have retried several times before providing a failure notice. All services are fully restored now. We apologise for any inconvenience and are actively watching the systems. We do not anticipate any further issues related to this event.
