April 9th 10:35Am PDT – Resolved: The backlog has now been processed and is cleared. We are seeing minor delays and so managing the processing to ensure real time delivery.

April 9th 9:50Am PDT – Update: The backlog is still being processed but has not cleared yet. We will update again as we have an ETA on clearing the backlog or it is cleared.

April 9th 9:10Am PDT – Update: New faxes are now processing well. The backlog is being cleared through a parallel process. We will update again as we have more information.

April 9 8:00 AM PDT We are experiencing some email delivery issues. Not all fax delivery emails are getting to their destinations.
We have identified the issue and taken corrective steps, emails are being delivered but there is a backlog. We will update here within the next hour.
