Tuesday Aug 9th 3:00 PM PDT – Issue resolved.
Tuesday Aug 9th 10:00 AM PDT – The workaround is in place and working. All current E2F and W2F are now working. We are now working to resolve the the email that were sent earlier.
Tuesday Aug 9th 9:00 AM PDT – We identified the issue and setting a workaround. As this involve changes in domain and DNS it will take at least 30 min before we can verify it is resolved.
Tuesday Aug 9th 8:00 AM PDT – There is a delay of E2F and W2F processing due to changes in security setting with some email providers. We are working with our underlining provider to resolve the issue.
If you have urgent deliveries please use PC-to-Fax which is working without any problems.
