AWS also reported their issues resolved shortly after 3pm PDT. We are continuing to monitor the situation. September 28th, 2022 11:05 AM PDT – Please be advised that there are delays in sending and receiving with some API based services on the eFax platform.
These are the services that are experiencing delays:
eFax Messenger client
eFax using our ATA
Please note that our services are not impacted nor are eFax e2f/f2e services impacted (faxes sent to @efaxsend.com)
We are working with eFax on this issue and it appears related to an AWS outage impacting traffic. We don’t have no ETA on repairs. We will provide updates as we get them. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
