December 20th, 2019 1:30 pm PST – We noticed an Email Notification delay through our Portal. The event started around 12:10 pm PST Emails are being delivered for inbound faxes but not the notifications. We worked with our vendor to resolve the issue. The issue was resolved around 1:00 pm PST and all the backlogs notifications have been processed. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
