11:20 AM Pacific Time – We are now investigating portal delays. We will keep you posted. This is occuring in email server for sending and receiving.
12:15 PM Pacifc Time- Inbound is now resolved. There is currently an email to fax outbound delay as well as the reporting on the FaxPortal which is catching up to current time.
3:00 PM Pacific Time – Our vendor has completed the fixes on the system. At this time we are seeing the backlog in the queue clearing (estimated under 30 minutes of processing time currently)
3:15 PM Pacific Time – The backlog of jobs to process is down to under a 15 minute delay and we should return to real-time processing within 30 minutes
3:30 PM Pacific Time – We have returned to real-time processing and are continuing to monitor the changes implemented. Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolution.
