RESOLVED – Inbound service issues through one of our major Underlying Providers

12:35 AM PDT March 14th, 2019 – The issue has been resolved. We have confirmed normal operations but are continuing to actively monitor the situation and we are performing tests. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

12:30 AM Pacific – The issue seems to be part of a larger scale outage of the underlying provider. Staff of the provider are working to get more information. We will continue to update here once we have updates. We apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience as we resolve this issue.
