1:33 PM PDT – Faxes that were backlogged have been now successfully migrated into the web portal and there is no loss of data. Any accounts that have email delivery options enabled have been emailed those faxes. These faxes are also now available for retrieval from the web portal.
11:50 AM PDT – Engineering has made some changes and there is no longer a delay on the delivery of newly received faxes. We are still investigating delays on previously received jobs.
11:40 AM PDT – Our engineers are investigating delays on the delivery of inbound faxes to accounts using AudioCodes ATAs. We will update as more information becomes available.
