10:00 AM PST – Any Email to Fax and Web to Fax backlog has now been cleared and regular processing of virtual fax jobs has returned.
9:50 AM PST – The issue was cleared at 9:35 AM and we see the backlog decreasing. Users will have started receiving notifications of the results of fax calls on sends submitted earlier. Delay is less than 15 minutes and will be restored to regular processing time shortly.
9:00 AM PST – We have observed delays on the processing of outbound fax calls sent by email to faxmessage.net or created from Web to Fax in the portal directly. We have these jobs but their processing is slower than normal and engineering is now investigating.
