10:00 AM PST – Our engineers noticed have some processing delays on some Email to Fax and Web to Fax submitted outbound jobs this morning. If a user has submitted a job by one of these methods but does not see it in the send report these delays are the reason why. We have made some changes so all new jobs submitted are sent with normal processing times. If there is any urgency for earlier submitted jobs that do not appear in reporting please have the end-user resubmit them. Note that this can cause duplicate sends as previously submitted jobs will be worked through and sent as well.
