Service impacting event – RESOLVED

December 15th, 8:30 AM PST – AWS confirmed that the issue was resolved. We are seeing all services back to normal operation.

December 15th, 8:00 AM PST – We are seeing systems getting back to regular operation. As it is an intermittent wide spread event it is too early to post the all clear. We will keep monitoring and update here.

December 15th, 7:30 AM PST – We are currently experiencing intermittent service event due to AWS and other global internet providers outages.  It is impacting the portal, ATAs and vFax services . We are investigating and will update here as soon as we have news.
