Underlying Carrier Network Impacting Event – Some Canadian Services Affected RESOLVED

2:30 PM Pacific – Service on the impacted Canadian and Toll Free inbound traffic has remained stable after the 9:00 AM Pacific. As always are 24-7 monitoring remains in effect. This issue is now resolved.

9:30 AM Pacific – We see recovery and most calls working ok, ULC is still haven’t given a full recovery yet. We will keep on posting here as soon as we get more information. Our Office phones are back as well.

8:00 AM Pacific – Our engineering group has learned of a service impacting event that is ongoing with one of our underlying carriers that is impacting some Canadian and Toll Free services.
