Urgent update to our Portal – service impacting – Completed

9:00 PM – All system are back to normal
8:00 PM – It seems that there are still few issues we are working with our vendor to fix them
6:50 PM PST – All services are back and we are waiting to complete some tests to give the all green sign.

6:30 PM PST – Our vendor is updating critical components on our Portal which does impact many services but especially web access to the portal, Web2Fax and at times other services. This doesn’t impact Blue ATAs, API and Trunks users.

We expect it to be finished within the next hour and will update hear. We re sorry for the impact on customers but dimmed it important enough to do it outside our maintenance window.
