8:35 AM PDT – Provisioning services are now available. We are still doing further testing and verification that all provisioning issues have been corrected.
7:55 AM PDT – We currently expect to have provisioning services for White ATAs restored within the next 45 minutes.
7:15 AM PDT – Our engineers have become aware of an issue preventing the provisioning of new White ATAs and making changes to existing White ATA accounts. Currently ONLINE White ATAs are not impacted, provided they are not factory reset. Our apologies for the inconvenience while we work to get the necessary web services restored.
