12:45 PM Pacific – Reporting and delivery for Blue ATAs has returned to real time processing. Any further reports of delayed delivery should be addressed specifically.
12:10 PM Pacific – Delivery of faxes to Blue ATAs has returned to real time processing. Reporting in the portal is delayed by about 15 minutes or less and rapidly returning to real time as well. We have returned services to our primary site.
12:01 PM Pacific – We are continuing to work through the delivery backlog and seeing that the delay in delivery time is continuing to decrease.
11:31 AM Pacific – The failover of services to our secondary site has been completed and we are seeing the backlog in deliveries to Blue ATA accounts beginning to be cleared.
11:22 AM Pacific – We have identified the cause of the processing delays reported on Blue ATA accounts. We are initiating a failover to our secondary site to ameliorate these delays and correct the issue at our primary site. We apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience as we resolve this issue.
January 28, 2019 11:15 AM Pacific – We have received some reports of delays in processing of inbound faxes to Blue ATA accounts. We are now investigating this issue.
