April 11th, 11:20 AM PDT – Delivery of emails and reporting has now returned to normal.

April 11th, 10:30 AM PDT – Emails and portal reports are being delivered and we are working through the backlog.

April 11th, 10:00 AM PDT – We are aware of a processing delay affecting confirmations and email delivery associated with Blue ATAs. Inbound faxes are being received OK into the fax network. Our engineers are aware of the issue and working to restore normal delivery. They confirm that faxes are being delivered but with a delay. We will update here with as we resolve the issue.
