Inbound Blue ATA Issue – Resolved
5:00 PM PST – Real time delivery for Blue ATAs is fully restored. Any faxes reported as not delivered should be requested to be resent.
4:50 PM PST – Inbound delivery on new faxes has returned to real time processing.
4:20 PM PST – We are now seeing the delay time decrease and at this rate expect to back to real time processing within an hour.
3:50 PM PST – We are currently seeing a delay of about 60 minutes on the delivery of inbound faxes to Blue ATAs. We are continuing to work to eliminate this delay.
2:55 PM PST – We are still observing a delay in the delivery of inbound faxes to Blue ATA accounts and working to reduce this delay. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
1:40 PM PST – We have identified the issue that is causing a delay on inbound delivery of faxes to Blue ATA accounts. We are now working to correct this issue to restore delivery back to real time.
January 24th, 2019 1:30 PM PST – We are investigating an issue impacting the delivery of inbound faxes to Blue ATA accounts. We will update here as we gather more information.
