User Profile Update Upon Port Completion
Often activation and deployment of an ATA at a customer premise has occurred before a port has completed. When the port completes the corresponding user profile in the portal will need to be updated and if the ATA is already ONLINE it will need to be restarted. Our porting department can assist with these final steps. When submitting the port request also include a detailed note of what line to update with the ported DID upon completion. Generic example:
For UserID ######. Upon completion of the port please replace XXX XXX XXXX on Line1 with porting DID YYY YYY YYYY and restart the ATA.
