Secure Delivery Notification via Email

An enhancement can be made for high-security minded users who do not want their faxes to go through their email server. The ‘SSL Fax’ option in the ‘Global Configuration’ section of the user account in the portal can be employed.

Normally, a virtual fax will be delivered as an email with the fax as an attached PDF document. With the SSL fax option enabled, a notification email will be sent to the end-user indicating a new fax has been received and the user can log into the secure server to download it.
The end user would then navigate to faxportal.faxsipit.com/user.htm with the login and password you have assigned to their account.

Note: The IP to use for ‘A Record of an Address’ you create within your own domain is 204.244.224.214
