Delays Bulletin – RESOLVED

February 8th, 2018 5:05PM PST – We are back to normal processing standards. We are monitoring the system but don’t expect any further actions. We apologise for any inconvenience.

February 8th, 2018 3:45PM PST – We do see the delay in processing decreasing. Our vendor has determined we will need to restart some services on the portal and we will do so within the next hour.

February 8th, 2018 3:10PM PST – The reporting backlog has cleared. There is a delay in processing for VFAX and White ATAs. We are working to bring more resources to bear to clear through this backlog as we continue to work with our vendor to resolution.

February 8th, 2018 12:45PM PST – Our vendor was investigating some performance issues on the portal and needed to restart some services. This was the cause of the 2 minute interruption. All services were restored at 12:22 but there is a reporting backlog for Blue ATAs of up to 20 minutes. We will update again once this backlog has been cleared.

February 8th, 2018  12:30PM PST – We are aware that the web portal did experience a brief interrupt between 12:20 and 12:22 PM PST and are investigating the cause. VFAX and White ATA services may have briefly been unavailable at that time. We are still investigating the issue but at this point in time no services are currently affected.
