Service Bulletin – RESOLVED

February 27th 1:00pm PST – Sending has continued at normal volume and this issue is now resolved. While we were bringing additional capacity online a network conflict resulted in losing some sending capacity impacting BlueATAs. Once this was identified and corrected all sending was restored for BlueATAs.

February 27th 12:42pm PST – We are now seeing typical send volume and continue to monitor the network.

February 27th 12:30pm PST – We have received reports of Blue ATAs not being able to submit outbound faxes to the network. Receiving is still processing but we are seeing lower completed send volume than is typical and are investigating. We apologize for the inconvenience and are actively working to bring additional resources online to resolve the issue and will post regular updates on this bulletin until resolved.
