April 26th, 9:45 AM PDT – Any backlog has been cleared and we have returned to normal delivery on emails for inbound faxes to Blue ATAs.

April 26th, 9:34 AM PDT – Engineering has confirmed correcting the issue and we are quickly clearing any backlog and returning to normal processing. We will update again once normal sending resumes.

April 26th, 9:17 AM PDT – We are aware of a processing delay affecting confirmations and email delivery associated with Blue ATAs. Inbound faxes are being received OK into the fax network. Our engineers are aware of the issue and working to restore normal delivery. They confirm that faxes are being delivered but with a delay. We will update here with more information as we resolve the issue.
