1:35 PM Pacific – Engineering has identified the issue and have corrected it. We are now seeing the backlog begin to clear and are continuing to monitor it.
1:10 PM Pacific – We do see an issue that may also be causing some single port ATAs go offline. Engineering continues to investigate and is bringing more resources online in the system.
12:45 PM Pacific – Our engineers are investigating reports of some single port ATAs on one of our platforms experiencing delays in sending. We will update further once more information becomes available.
