Install the DesktopFAX print driver to send faxes directly from your computer’s print function.
Steps
Download the DesktopFAX installation package provided by FaxSIPit support or your reseller
Locate the downloaded file (it will be a .zip file)
Right-click the file and select Extract All
(Optional) Choose a different extraction location, then click Extract
Open the extracted folder
Double-click the installation file (icon with an opened box)
Click Install and complete the installation
Once complete, confirm installation:
Open Printers & Scanners on your computer
Verify a printer named DesktopFAX is listed
Notes
After installation, DesktopFAX will appear as a printer option in any application that supports printing
You only need to install this once per computer
This is a send-only tool (used to send faxes, not receive)
If DesktopFAX does not appear in your printer list after installation, restart your computer and check again
