View, search, and manage your sent and received faxes from the View Faxes area.

Steps

  1. Log in to the web portal or open your UCaaS fax app

  2. Click View Faxes

  3. Select the section you want to view:

    • Received Faxes (inbound)

    • Sent Faxes (outbound)

  4. Use search or filters as needed:

    • Search by fax number

    • Filter by dialed number (useful if you have multiple fax numbers)

What you’ll see

  • By default, the system displays the last 90 days of fax activity

  • Faxes are grouped into:

    • Received (faxes sent to you)

    • Sent (faxes you have sent)

Received fax statuses

  • New

    • The fax has been received but not opened or interacted with

  • Read

    • The fax has been previewed or viewed

  • Downloaded

    • The fax has been downloaded to a device

Notes

  • Searching by dialed number allows you to isolate activity for a specific fax number on your account

  • Fax availability depends on your account’s retention policy:

    • You may see a record of a fax

    • But the file may no longer be available for preview or download if it has expired

  • Retention periods may differ between:

    • Received faxes

    • Sent faxes
